I'm Heather Murphy
I'm from the rural mountains in (far) Northern California. My passion for exploring nature and having fun in the great outdoors has led me to where I am today.
I fell in love with capturing couple's unique stories and found that elopements are the best way to do so.
My background in working in the forestry industry as well as a lifetime of exploring every stream, waterfall, and mountain peak I can find means that I am not afraid to get dirty!
Let's hike into the mountains, ride dirt bikes, or go off-roading in a Toyota pickup - whatever your dream day looks like, I am in!

All of your images to keep forever
You’ll receive 10-20 sneak peeks within 48 hours of your elopement day. After that, you will receive all of your high-resolution images within 6 weeks in an online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints

We will work together to decide what activities to do and what locations to explore to create the perfect elopement timeline
Location scouting
I will research all of the best locations to share with you and inspire your day. You will also receive a custom, interactive map link to help you decide

I’m saving you some of the planning work by researching vendors and lodging in the location of your choosing

Officiant services
I am ordained in the USA, so I can legally sign your marriage license in most states!
Photographer's travel fees covered
All of my travel fees are covered, no hidden charges here! I’ll just need a seat if you plan on going for a helicopter ride, four-wheeling adventure, etc.!
Help with Permits
I will help you verify if a permit is necessary and guide you through the permit application process.
Unlimited planning support
I’m available throughout the entire planning process to answer questions and get excited with you about all of the details!
